Junior Asset Based Lending Expert

ING Commercial Finance BeLux provides receivables finance and working capital solutions for Business Banking and Wholesale Banking clients as part of ING Lease Belgium.

What you will do

• Support the preparation, structuring, and implementation of factoring programs for clients across EMEA.
• Contribute to client pitches, proposals, transaction presentations, meetings, and internal deal discussions.
• Perform financial and credit analysis of clients and underlying portfolios.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, covenant monitoring, and periodic reporting while identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Support documentation reviews, transaction implementation, and communication with auditors, insurers, and legal advisors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Product Management on new product initiatives and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships, in banking, finance, consulting, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with an interest in companies, financial markets, and working capital solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, proactive ownership, and continuous learning mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and a good command of English are required.
