Senior Financial Business Analyst

Location: Mortsel, Belgium (Hybrid)

hirify.global develops solutions for the radiology sector and is hiring for its FP&A Radiology Solutions team.

What you will do

• Prepare, consolidate, and continuously improve monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reporting across regions and business segments.
• Analyze P&L, revenue, gross margin, operational performance, trends, risks, opportunities, and variances.
• Develop and monitor KPIs that support performance management and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with budget owners and stakeholders to explain cost drivers, budget consumption, and performance variances.
• Co-drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, business analysis, or financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong experience with Power BI, financial reporting, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance drivers.
• Fluent English required.
