What you will do
- Manage sales targets and ensure the paylater program operates effectively across the assigned area.
- Conduct daily merchant visits and ensure promotional POP materials are correctly placed in stores.
- Lead approximately 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 Sales Promoters.
- Monitor daily promoter activities and coordinate with partner operational teams on sales, competitors, and field issues.
- Conduct field team and refresher training for promoters.
- Monitor first-billing data by promoter and merchant.
Requirements
- Diploma degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably financial services or an equivalent area.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and an assigned area.
- Good communication and social media marketing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
