Indodana is an OJK-licensed financial technology company operating a peer-to-peer credit marketplace that connects lenders with underbanked Indonesian borrowers.

What you will do

Conduct hard- and soft-skills training for sales promoters.
Develop training materials for sales promoters.
Monitor sales promoter performance.
Audit sales promoter competency.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any major.
At least 3 years of experience in a financial company.
At least 1 year of experience as an area sales leader or sales trainer.
Experience with sales training and developing training materials for sales promoters.
Preferably staff-level experience in Sales - Financial Services, such as insurance or unit trust.
