Learning & Development Expert (PowerPoint)

hirify.global engages HR and Learning & Development experts for project-based presentation review and reconstruction work.

What you will do

• Reconstruct executive-level business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Improve slide layouts, content structure, data visualizations, and visual storytelling.
• Review presentations covering organization design, talent development, workforce planning, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Edit content while preserving accurate HR and Learning & Development terminology, definitions, and context.
• Strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, titles, and exhibit selection.
• Document key changes and explain the reasoning behind improvements and retained elements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Workforce Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong experience creating or reviewing executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Advanced presentation design, slide reconstruction, and data visualization skills.
• Strong understanding of HR and Learning & Development concepts, terminology, and business practices.
• Excellent content-editing, analytical, written communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and clearly explain presentation and design decisions.

Nice to have

• AI training, evaluation, or rubric-writing experience.
