Senior Python-Java Developer (AI)

Location: Brazil; remote home office

What you will do

• Develop, test, and implement software solutions in Python and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features and products.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality.
• Document processes and results to support team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Python development experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• At least 1 year of Java development experience with microservices, containerization, APIs, Swagger, and IAM integrations including OAuth, OpenID, or SAML.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, RESTful APIs, third-party service integrations, automated testing, and TDD/BDD.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Advanced English and strong communication and collaboration skills are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI or machine learning tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as JavaScript or Go.
