Internal Coach (12-month Fixed Term Contract) (Transformational Coaching): Delivering structured 1:1, group, and team coaching programs focused on mindset transformation, self-confidence, resilience, and lasting behavioural change with an accent on transformational coaching methodologies and root-cause exploration. Focus on designing coaching experiences, facilitating leadership and team development sessions, and supporting 15–28 active coachees while working full-time on Philippine Time.
Location: Makati, Philippines. Full-time availability is required Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time. Interviews are conducted virtually.

Canva is a design platform with a People Experience Group and a dedicated Internal Coaching Team focused on helping employees experience meaningful mindset and behavioural transformation.
What you will do
- Deliver structured six-session 1:1 coaching journeys over approximately three months, with around 60% of the week dedicated to individual coaching.
- Support approximately 15–28 active coachees at a time and deliver focused 60-minute Breakthrough Sessions.
- Design and facilitate group coaching programs focused on areas such as self-confidence and resilience.
- Contribute to and facilitate leadership programs at Canva.
- Facilitate 90-minute to two-hour team coaching and unblocking sessions, including longer team development journeys.
- Design coaching experiences and resources, contribute specialist expertise, and participate in team meetings and working groups.
Requirements
- At least five years of dedicated professional 1:1 coaching experience, with coaching as the primary role rather than part of HR, L&D, or people leadership work.
- Formal, recognised coach-specific training and accreditation, such as Meta-Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, Coach Masters Academy, Master Coaching Certification, Professional Coaching Certification, or another recognised transformational coaching methodology.
- Experience coaching individuals across different organisational levels, not only senior leaders.
- Deep transformational coaching capability, including exploration of root causes beneath behaviour.
- Strong understanding of transformational coaching methodologies.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time.
