Head Coach - New Club Opening (Fitness)

Location: 1 Trafalgar Way, Croydon CR0 4XT, UK; onsite gym-floor role with evening, weekend, and Bank Holiday availability required.

What you will do

• Own the gym’s fitness product and act as a fitness ambassador on the gym floor.
• Lead MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training, ensuring consistently high-quality delivery.
• Drive member engagement through onboarding programmes, in-gym challenges, national initiatives, and events.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
• Manage group training timetables and monitor performance against company KPIs.
• Deliver classes and personal training sessions while driving member sales, retention, and revenue.

Requirements

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner status.
• Experience delivering personal training and a variety of group training modalities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Current knowledge of fitness industry trends and innovations.
• Adaptable communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
