What you will do

Serve as the finance partner for the Global Immunology franchise and collaborate with business development, R&D, country organizations, industrial affairs, and supply chain teams.
Lead global controlling and reporting across P&L, headcount, investments, resource allocation, monthly closing, rolling forecasts, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Provide finance support for new-asset launches, including launch preparation, governance, execution monitoring, and analysis by region and indication.
Lead strategic planning for the therapeutic area, including investments in external partners, infrastructure, commercial operations, and R&D interfaces.
Monitor performance against external consensus and support investor relations materials for quarterly earnings calls and investor events.
Prepare and present strategic investment analyses and represent the therapeutic area in strategic projects.

Requirements

Onsite work in Cambridge, Massachusetts, or Morristown, New Jersey, United States
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field.
At least 10 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of business partnering experience with commercial teams.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, stakeholder influence, and matrix-environment skills.

Nice to have

Master's degree in finance or the sciences, or an MBA.
Working knowledge of BOOST TM1 and ThinkCell.
Global or international experience working with diverse teams.
