Staff Pharmacist (Hourly)

Location: Onsite at 11530 N Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28262-0459, United States

Hourly wage: $47.12–$82.69 per hour, plus potential performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, regulations, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Engage with the local community through outreach and community activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program required.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and adapt to varied patient needs.
