What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications across the software lifecycle.
• Build responsive front-end experiences and robust back-end services supporting financial planning, expense management, and risk platforms.
• Architect multiagent AI systems using the A2A protocol, including orchestrator and subagent topologies.
• Build knowledge graph and retrieval-augmented generation systems for document and data retrieval, querying, and search.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering logging, explainability, auditability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, product, risk, and engineering stakeholders while taking technical ownership of features and components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Java or another major programming language such as Python.
• Full-stack development experience with front-end technologies such as React and JavaScript/TypeScript and back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, and APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, algorithm, data structure, software design, debugging, testing, and optimization skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools for software development and foundational knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud-native solutions and ability to manage technical ownership and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed databases, Elasticsearch, Kafka, UNIX/Linux, API design, or real-time processing systems.
• Exposure to GenAI techniques, agentic frameworks, embedding models, vector databases, and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of corporate planning, expense management, risk functions, or the financial industry.
