Full Stack Engineer - Agentic Platforms (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and operationalize enterprise AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop full-stack web applications, dashboards, backend services, APIs, middleware, and event-driven integrations.
• Build MCPs, connectors, API wrappers, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Microsoft Graph.
• Develop solutions in AWS-based environments, supporting containerized workloads, CI/CD, observability, and deployment automation.
• Translate business processes into agent-enabled workflows through workshops, prototyping, demonstrations, and industrialization.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, reusable engineering standards, reference implementations, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or another cloud platform.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, APIs, enterprise security patterns, and production support requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, MCP servers, LLM platforms, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Redpanda ADP.
• Experience with Kafka, Redpanda, event-driven architecture, streaming data, or orchestration platforms.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Experience creating production-grade AI applications, workflow automation, or agentic systems.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving incubation environments.
