Outbound Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates throughout the outbound shipping process.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and adjust labor allocation to meet daily shipping goals.
• Oversee order picking, packing, staging, and loading while ensuring shipment accuracy and compliance with customer and carrier requirements.
• Track attendance and performance, coach team members, and provide training and feedback.
• Enforce safety policies, standard operating procedures, cleanliness, organization, and quality standards.
• Investigate shipping errors and inventory discrepancies while coordinating with Inventory Control, Inbound, Transportation, Quality, and Operations leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Shipping experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, United States.
