Outbound Lead (Medical Technology)

What you will do

• Coordinate warehouse receiving, distribution, shipping, and materials-handling activities.
• Check incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices and maintain receiving and shipping records.
• Operate or coordinate the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Monitor inventory integrity, research discrepancies, perform and designate cycle counts, and lead corrective actions.
• Promote safe warehouse practices and reinforce safety behaviors across the site.
• Lead process-improvement projects, continuous-improvement activities, and training for warehouse personnel.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• General knowledge of distribution and materials handling.
• Proven leadership experience in a work setting or through extracurricular activities.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is desirable.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, lift up to 40 lbs., use a pallet jack, and perform standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, lifting, and carting activities.
• Must already have full-time work authorization in the United States and be able to maintain it without sponsorship.
