Fit Fab Operation Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage manufacturing activities for FIT operations, including inventory, cost, performance, and downstream fulfillment.
• Lead a team of higher-level non-exempt individual contributors supporting moderately complex daily operations.
• Hire team members, set and monitor annual performance plans, provide coaching, and support career development.
• Ensure products and services meet performance metrics defined by next-level management.
• Structure tooling maintenance programs covering uptime, obsolescence projects, and spare-parts management.
• Prepare operational performance reports and maintain critical process documents, including SOPs, Statements of Work, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations.
• Strong technical, communication, leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as statistical analysis and financial modelling.

Nice to have

• Experience in fab tool maintenance.
