Senior Supervisor, Drive Operations (Manufacturing)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore; permanent night shift; no travel.

What you will do

• Supervise operators and manufacturing specialists in a production area.
• Oversee daily drive manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and cost objectives.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels to achieve production targets.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S, to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Coach, motivate, and evaluate team members while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, maintain safety compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and execute assigned goals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift.
