What you will do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels to meet production targets.
• Maintain lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S, to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
• Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing specialists to foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Woodlands, Singapore
• Diploma in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to perform permanent night shift
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
