Supervisor I

Location: Woodlands, Singapore. Onsite manufacturing role with no travel; permanent night shift required.

What you will do

• Supervise operators and manufacturing specialists in a high-volume production area.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production schedules, staffing, quality, and cost objectives.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S, to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Coach, develop, evaluate, and provide feedback to team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and work independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to work permanent night shifts.
