TL;DR
Senior AI Enablement Manager (AI): Designing and running enterprise AI adoption programs, fluency frameworks, communications, training paths, and recognition initiatives with an accent on behavior change, responsible AI use, and measurable adoption. Focus on coordinating AI capability launches, managing the AI Champions and accelerator bonus programs, and translating technical capabilities into practical guidance for non-technical employees.
Location: Austin, Texas; Akron, Ohio; or Irvine, California. Hybrid role with onsite work required every Tuesday and Wednesday.

What you will do
- Design and execute company-wide AI adoption programs, including office hours, learning sessions, use-case spotlights, champions, and self-serve resources.
- Build the internal AI community and own the AI Champions Program, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, community sessions, and feedback loops.
- Activate the AI fluency framework through role-based development content, learning pathways, manager toolkits, and practical use cases.
- Coordinate the $100K AI accelerator bonus program, including requirements, communications, eligibility tracking, employee support, and reporting.
- Own internal AI communications, storytelling, release communications, and leadership narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage AI adoption, fluency, communications, recognition, and change initiatives from planning through execution while coordinating with Enterprise Technology and cross-functional leaders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, communications, transformation, strategy, or program management.
- Experience designing and launching enterprise-wide programs that change behaviors or how work gets done.
- Strong program management, communication, storytelling, stakeholder influence, and operational execution skills.
- Technical literacy sufficient to understand AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use considerations without being a developer.
- Experience using data and dashboards to measure adoption, fluency, engagement, or business impact.
- Hands-on curiosity about AI tools and the ability to build programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
