TL;DR
Applied AI Architect (AI/LLM): Architecting enterprise solutions that integrate Claude API and Claude for Work into existing technology stacks with an accent on scalable cloud architectures, technical discovery, and evaluation frameworks. Focus on guiding customers from discovery through deployment, designing LLM integrations, and translating complex technical concepts for engineering teams and executives.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid with at least 25% office attendance

What you will do
- Partner with account executives to translate enterprise customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Advise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and initial evaluation through deployment.
- Support integrations built with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Design scalable architectures and guide integration with existing enterprise technology stacks.
- Help customers create evaluation frameworks and share recurring integration patterns with Product and Engineering.
- Deliver technical deep dives and business-value discussions for engineering teams, IT stakeholders, and executives; travel occasionally to customer sites.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Native or C1 Spanish and fluent English required.
- Experience with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
