Lead Automations Analyst (AI): Designing and shipping end-to-end AI solutions inside ORA for customer-success workflows across pre-call preparation, in-call guidance, post-call grading, and follow-ups with an accent on LLM orchestration, prompts, knowledge bases, and measurable feedback loops. Focus on building sub-agent workflows, integrating platform capabilities, monitoring quality drift, and translating Success needs into production-ready AI systems.

What you will do
- Translate Customer Success problems into AI solution designs with clear context, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Build and deploy orchestrators, sub-agents, skills, prompts, and knowledge bases inside the ORA internal AI platform.
- Design AI workflows for pre-call briefs, real-time guidance, post-call grading, summaries, CRM updates, and transcription-driven follow-ups.
- Instrument feedback loops, monitor quality drift, and iterate solutions using advisor, customer, and evaluation signals.
- Partner with RevOps on platform capability gaps, requirements, acceptance criteria, design reviews, and validation.
- Define technical patterns, playbooks, testing standards, observability practices, and model-selection approaches for the function.
Requirements
- 7+ years in AI/ML solution work, technical product, prompt engineering, applied AI, automation engineering, or a closely related end-to-end delivery role.
- Working fluency with LLM behavior, prompt design, orchestration patterns, model-selection trade-offs, failure modes, and evaluation design.
- Strong understanding of databases and data flows between systems.
- Ability to read code, debug integrations, and hold substantive technical discussions with engineering teams; production coding is not required.
- Ability to scope problems, design solutions, write requirements and acceptance criteria, and ship outcomes end to end.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience, plus strong written and verbal communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI development platforms such as Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Experience designing sub-agent workflows, multi-step AI solutions, or orchestration patterns.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, knowledge-base architecture, SQL, APIs, webhooks, or data integrations.
- Background in customer success, support, sales enablement, call centers, or comparable SaaS products.
- Experience shipping AI workflows into production and writing technical requirements for engineering teams.
