Client Project Manager

Location: Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid for candidates within 50 miles of a Highmark office, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday; remote work is available outside this radius. US citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Plan and execute mid-size to large projects from concept through final delivery.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, manage budgets, and assess project risks.
• Define project scope, align deliverables with business objectives, and manage scope changes.
• Coordinate stakeholders, communicate progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Lead project teams, maintain RAID logs and project documentation, and implement quality controls.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and resolve roadblocks proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• At least 3 years of project management experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
• US citizenship is required due to contractual and access requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or health insurance project management.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
