What you will do

• Define and drive the Customer Value Management data strategy, target architecture and delivery roadmap.
• Lead the evolution of customer, product, commercial and operational data capabilities supporting acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell, churn reduction and customer lifetime value growth.
• Align data architecture roadmaps with business, product, engineering and enterprise data teams.
• Own architecture maturity, governance, information domains, technical debt and data risk management for BT Business.
• Drive reusable data architecture patterns, trusted data products, common information models and modern data engineering practices.
• Enable scalable cloud-native data platforms, pipelines, event-driven architectures and analytical capabilities for future analytics, AI and decisioning.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a senior architecture role.
• Very strong stakeholder management experience, from junior developers through to CEO level.
• Experience creating domain roadmaps that communicate technical, commercial and business impacts.
• Ability to balance business value, technical debt, data quality, platform modernisation and strategic investment priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile planning and the SAFe framework.
• TOGAF certification.
