What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture from discovery through to transition into build and run.
• Govern the architecture approach, including principles, patterns, and security controls across all domains.
• Engage executive-level customers and stakeholders to resolve complex technical trade-offs.
• Provide design authority and technical assurance for HLD/LLD artefacts.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage technical risks and dependencies across towers and partners.
• Mentor and coach other solution architects and improve SOLA methods and patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end architecture for complex, large-scale technology solutions.
• Deep technical expertise in enterprise networking, security, cloud platforms, and systems integration.
• Experience governing solution architecture across internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of security, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working within large enterprise or service provider environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, storage, and virtualisation platforms.
• Experience with converged and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to contribute to high-level architectural decision-making in multi-domain environments.
• Experience supporting infrastructure transformation or modernisation programmes.
