Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards (HR Operations): Building an enterprise HR Operations and Total Rewards Center of Excellence for an integrated organization of approximately 1,700 employees with an accent on compensation architecture, benefits harmonization, HR technology, and workforce analytics. Focus on consolidating HR systems onto ADP, standardizing HR processes and reporting, and designing scalable infrastructure for continued growth and acquisitions.

What you will do
- Lead the transformation of HR Operations into a centralized, efficient, service-oriented function.
- Drive consolidation of HR systems onto a unified ADP platform and establish governance for HR data, processes, and reporting.
- Design enterprise-wide compensation philosophy, job architecture, job leveling, salary structures, and benchmarking methodologies.
- Lead incentive compensation, executive rewards, and the evolution of employee benefits across the organization.
- Build HR dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support workforce planning and business decisions.
- Partner with Regional HR Business Partners and leadership to standardize policies, workflows, and operational practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, or related HR Centers of Excellence.
- Experience building or transforming HR infrastructure in high-growth, multi-business, or acquisition-driven organizations.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, job architecture, market benchmarking, and incentive design.
- Experience leading HR technology implementations or enterprise HRIS transformations; ADP experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities, with the ability to establish priorities and sustainable processes in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in engineering, construction, professional services, consulting, or similarly decentralized organizations.
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certification.
