What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze system architecture models using SysML and UML in Cameo Systems Modeler and related environments.
• Support requirements capture, decomposition, allocation, validation, and end-to-end traceability across the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Develop functional, logical, and physical architecture models for system analysis, design, and integration.
• Generate model views, diagrams, reports, technical artifacts, specifications, and architecture documentation for engineering reviews and program deliverables.
• Maintain architecture repositories and support configuration management using TeamWork Cloud and established governance processes.
• Support verification and validation activities, digital engineering initiatives, technical reporting, and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain one.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience supporting Model-Based Systems Engineering and systems lifecycle activities.
• Experience developing or maintaining SysML and UML models with Cameo Systems Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architecture, MagicDraw, or comparable tools.
• Experience with technical documentation and requirements, system architecture, verification, or validation activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Department of War, acquisition, or defense system development programs.
• Knowledge of DoDAF or other architecture frameworks.
• Experience with TeamWork Cloud, PLM tools, Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, or Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to digital engineering strategies, model-based analysis, and systems integration.
• Training or certification in MBSE, SysML, or systems architecture development.
