What you will do

  • Define and maintain systems engineering processes, methods, and standards for launch vehicle programs.
  • Develop vehicle-level verification, validation, and qualification strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate technical compliance evidence presentation to external authorities.
  • Support major technical reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and FRR.
  • Ensure technical consistency and requirements traceability across engineering domains.
  • Support mission assurance, reliability, and safety activities throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Aerospace, Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated engineering industries.
  • Strong understanding of formal systems engineering principles and lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading technical discussions with regulatory and safety authorities.
  • Familiarity with engineering standards such as ECSS, NASA, ESA, FAA, or EASA.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with launch vehicles, spacecraft, or propulsion systems.
  • Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Experience with requirements management tools.
  • Background in reliability engineering, safety engineering, or FMEA/FMECA.
