Senior Director, Trading and Product Risk Intelligence (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid work environment with defined in-person presence requirements

Salary: $233,000–$350,000 annually in San Francisco, CA. Compensation varies by location, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and tactical intelligence programs that identify, analyze, and predict emerging risks, threats, regulatory trends, and critical events.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic priorities and translate complex intelligence into actionable assessments, briefings, products, and communications.
• Direct intelligence collection strategies, frameworks, standards, dissemination practices, and operational plans across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee annual and long-term risk management strategies in partnership with senior leaders across hirify.global.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with member firms, industry leaders, law enforcement, and government intelligence partners.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, working groups, roundtables, training events, podcasts, workshops, and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in and leading teams at a broker-dealer, financial institution, or government agency focused on intelligence.
• Mastery-level knowledge of advanced intelligence functions across the full intelligence cycle and multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.global rules, federal securities laws, securities markets, and member firm operations.
• Experience managing at least three senior-level managers and senior individual contributors.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills; expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
