What you will do

• Serve as Local Risk Manager for Trade & Commodity Finance and Senior Credit Officer for the Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) business.
• Review, advise, and approve complex structured-lendhirify.global transactions, includhirify.global borrowhirify.global-base, pre-export, repo, and inventory finance facilities.
• Ensure strict compliance with global credit-policy frameworks, US regulatory standards (SOx, Audit), and ECB/DNB oversight.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Deal Administration, and internal control functions to evaluate credit quality, collateral adequacy, and exposure limits.
• Direct quarterly portfolio reviews, manage risk rathirify.globals, and monitor emerghirify.global credit or market risks.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and analysts on risk policy and structured-finance principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• 7+ years of risk management experience within the Wholesale Bankhirify.global industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Risk Manager focushirify.global on credit risk processes, risk identification, and sector/transaction exposure analysis.
• Experience originathirify.global and executhirify.global complex lendhirify.global transactions in domestic US and international markets.
• Proficiency in financial market products, includhirify.global interest rate, commodity, and FX derivative products, and ISDA terms negotiation.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
