Associate Director, Investor Services

Location: Bellevue, WA — Hybrid

What you will do

• Coordinate new client business meetings and communicate launch or conversion requirements.
• Analyze, establish, and review new client launches and conversion fund data in databases.
• Work with external auditors and accounting on confirmation and due diligence requests.
• Lead departmental initiatives and contribute to operational, client, and regulatory meetings.
• Coach, train, and provide leadership to the Investor Services team.
• Act as an escalation point, implement action plans for service issues, validate investor reporting, and drive continuous efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Investor Services or a related field, including financial services, fund administration, corporate communications, portfolio management, or securities analysis.
• Previous management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds.
• Excellent written, listening, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
