Associate Director, Investor Services (Fintech)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States — hybrid

Salary: $105,000–$180,000 USD annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Coordinate new client business meetings, launches, and conversion requirements.
• Analyze, establish, and review client launch and conversion fund data in databases.
• Work with external auditors and accounting teams on confirmations and due diligence requests.
• Lead departmental initiatives and participate in operational, client, and regulatory meetings.
• Review and validate investor reporting before distribution.
• Coach and lead the Investor Services team, resolve escalations, and drive efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Investor Services or a related financial services field.
• Previous management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds.
• Excellent written, listening, and presentation skills, with strong organization and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
