Senior PMO (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of cross-border logistics sales projects across Australia, from opportunity registration and tender support through contract signing, service delivery, and payment collection.
• Maintain regional sales pipeline data, prepare project progress reports, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead strategic revenue growth, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, major customer tender, and loss-making business improvement projects.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, track contract execution, monitor SLA performance, and manage service delivery changes.
• Align pre-sales solutions, operations, finance, and other teams to ensure resource availability and timely issue resolution.
• Track invoicing, reconciliation, payment collection, final settlement, and accounts receivable closure while documenting project best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in cross-border logistics or supply chain project or sales management, supply chain solutions, or customer relationship management.
• Experience working locally in Australia or managing relationships with Australian customers.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end project management lifecycle and hands-on experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, results orientation, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
