Location: Remote within the United States; based in or associated with Irving, Texas. Travel of 10–20% is required for customer meetings, project reviews, installation activities, and key milestones. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Own delivery of complex customer projects from sales handoff through final acceptance.
- Manage contractual obligations, commercial risks, change orders, variation requests, and additional sales opportunities.
- Lead international, cross-functional teams across engineering, software, site management, supply chain, manufacturing, and subcontractors.
- Develop project plans covering resources, forecasts, schedules, budgets, supplier tenders, documentation, and milestone invoicing.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, acceptance activities, and PAC/FAC milestones.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and corrective actions, communicate status, and act as the primary customer escalation point.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in logistics, automation, material handling, or industrial environments.
- Strong experience with complex project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and execution.
- Experience leading cross-functional international teams in matrix organizations.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; work visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, IPMA, or PRINCE2.
