What you will do

  • Support tactical sourcing for the Enterprise Service business.
  • Select service suppliers and negotiate service level agreements and commercial terms.
  • Develop business relationships with external service providers.
  • Analyze supplier performance and conduct regular evaluation reviews with Service Management.
  • Support local, multinational, and multipartner projects involving complex client agreements.
  • Maintain supplier program processes, documentation, contracts, exhibits, service data, products, and pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Typically 1–2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and business-savvy approach.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in procurement or supplier management.
