What you will do

• Lead and empower a team of three Finance Business Partners (FBPs) supporting various Australian states.
• Manage weekly and monthly performance reporting, transforming complex financial data into clear business insights.
• Analyze sales strategies, pricing, and cost controls to optimize business performance and EBITDAR.
• Lead the preparation and submission of annual budgets and forecasts aligned with commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with the Business Excellence team to identify and embed sustainable operational improvements.
• Manage venue-level incentive programs and bonus calculations in partnership with Operations and People teams.

Requirements

• CA or CPA Qualification.
• 7+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or retail operations.
• Proven track record in managing direct reports and fostering a positive team culture.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SAP, Tableau, and TM1 Forecasting & Budgeting.
• Exceptional financial modelling and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
