What you will do

• Develop data-driven financial reports for the Board of Directors and manage non-statutory investor reporting.
• Lead the 5-year financial plan and annual budget cycles applying zero-based budgeting principles.
• Manage forecast cycles to monetize planning choices and drive agile decision-making.
• Collaborate with the RDO to build performance measurement frameworks and drive AI initiatives to automate reporting.
• Manage support office cost-of-doing-business (CODB) to drive operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the Planning & Performance team to cultivate a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, specifically across FP&A and enterprise performance management.
• Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA).
• Experience managing investor relations materials and non-statutory reporting processes.
• Proven track record in zero-based budgeting and capital allocation.
• Ability to leverage digital and AI tools to transform finance workflows.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
