Senior Finance Analyst - Transformation

Location: Hybrid working in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

What you will do

• Define and articulate financial and strategic benefits for major transformation initiatives with internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops with project leads and Finance teams to establish ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Validate business case assumptions and support approval processes.
• Embed benefits-tracking frameworks across project lifecycles and implement corrective actions when results deviate from plan.
• Prepare dashboards and financial reporting for executives and governance forums.
• Maintain the enterprise benefits-management framework, conduct quality assurance reviews, and promote best practices.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in financial modelling, commercial analysis, or management accounting.
• Proven ability to link project milestones to P&L outcomes.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals against targets for large-scale capital or operational expenditure.
• Experience supporting an Investment Committee or PMO in evaluating business case assumptions is preferred.
