Senior Finance Manager, Transformation

Location: Hybrid working in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

What you will do

• Refine and embed an enterprise benefits management framework within transformation, portfolio management, and financial reporting processes.
• Define and document tangible and intangible benefits for major initiatives with Project Leads and Finance teams.
• Facilitate benefits workshops, validate assumptions, and support the preparation and approval of business cases.
• Monitor benefits realisation throughout project lifecycles and identify corrective actions when outcomes deviate from targets.
• Establish benefit ownership, provide guidance to project teams, and promote accountability across the organisation.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in financial modelling, commercial analysis, or management accounting.
• Ability to link project milestones to P&L outcomes.
• Experience supporting an Investment Committee or PMO in evaluating business case assumptions.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals against targets for large-scale capital or operational expenditure.
• Experience collaborating with Finance Business Partners to validate and bank savings.
