Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Peru

Salary: $800 USD gross per month

What you will do

• Write SQL queries and build reporting for campaign, cohort, subscription, and consumer program performance.
• Track DAU, NTM, LTV, and CAC across time periods and audience segments.
• Design and analyze A/B tests across email, push, in-app, landing page, and other marketing channels.
• Manage consumer surveys from audience definition through launch, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Translate marketing needs into product requirements and engineering tickets, and investigate issues through dashboards and logs.
• Build AI-assisted automations, recurring reports, templates, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Basic working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS and comfort reading code.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools required.
• Comfort working in agile, matrixed teams with quick turnarounds and a strong bias for action.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Redash/SIA, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with a CRM platform such as Braze.
• Experience with product management, experiment design, or A/B testing.
