Senior/Middle Technical Artist (Unreal Engine)

What you will do

• Optimize content and rendering pipelines.
• Develop materials and shaders for Unreal Engine projects.
• Create and maintain tools for artists.
• Set up and maintain processes for producing art content.
• Improve and automate art production pipelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Artist.
• Expertise with Unreal Engine.
• Good knowledge of Blueprints and Python.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and shader development.
• Knowledge of industry-standard 3D packages, procedural generation, and Houdini.
• Ability to produce clear, concise, accurate technical documentation and simplify complex topics.

Nice to have

• VFX fundamentals.
• Experience with consoles.
• Knowledge of HLSL, GLSL, real-time rendering, and shader or material optimization.
• Experience with MEL or MAXScript.
