What you will do

• Translate concept art and research into optimized and beautiful 3D environments and props.
• Push visual limits and suggest innovative workflows to improve the environment creation process.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure the world is fun to play, visually appealing, and easy to iterate on.
• Manage task advancement, defining technical approaches and assessing their impact on overall production.
• Balance macro-level production goals with micro-level detail to enhance scene storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an environment artist on several released game titles.
• Strong artistic eye with a deep knowledge of painting, cinema, and video games.
• Proficiency in real-time editors, specifically Unreal Engine.
• Deep understanding of how world-building and prop creation affect game performance.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain regular communication.
• English: Advanced skills required

Nice to have

• Experience with procedural environment creation tools like Houdini or Blender.
• Knowledge of shader development.
• Previous experience in specialized roles such as lighting, texturing, or level art.
