What you will do

• Create landscapes using UE5 sculpting, painting, and foliage tools.
• Design and implement biomes including rocks, roads, and natural elements.
• Build and manage landscape materials within the Unreal shader system.
• Utilize procedural tools like PCG or Houdini for efficient asset placement.
• Ensure performance-friendly and visually compelling environment results.
• Collaborate with design, lighting, and technical teams while mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and Perforce.
• Strong knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or 3Ds Max.
• Experience with terrain generation software like Gaea or World Machine.
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine landscape systems and material graphs.
• Ability to create biome-specific assets like road modules and decals.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format in Yerevan, Armenia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quixel Mixer and Substance Designer.
• Knowledge of Houdini plugins for Unreal Engine.
