Core Experience & AI Product Manager

What you will do

• Own core platform features across the Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages.
• Manage site operations, compliance tracking, localization, and content display configuration.
• Design and optimize onboarding flows and end-to-end user journeys to improve conversion and activation.
• Develop recommendation and personalization strategies with engineering teams to deliver adaptive content and generative UI experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, business, AI, search, recommendation, and LLM teams to deliver user-facing products.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data to guide product decisions and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of product management experience.
• Experience with fintech, crypto/Web3, or AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of 2C product design, UI/UX principles, and design thinking.
• Ability to structure ambiguity into clear product specifications and define meaningful success metrics.
• Experience shipping user-facing products with measurable conversion and engagement impact.
• Strong stakeholder management, independent thinking, and fast execution; platform or middle-office experience is preferred.
