Producer I (Game Production)

Location: Hybrid role connected to the local office in Reno, Nevada, US. Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Reno.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually USD.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the main point of contact.
• Define project vision, scope, schedules, and delivery plans.
• Track progress and provide regular feedback to development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain smooth communication.
• Identify blockers, assess risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Manage multiple projects while keeping delivery on time and aligned with the game vision.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing casino games or technical projects, including project management experience.
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Track record of delivering quality products on time.
• Familiarity with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, proactivity, and independence.
• Eligibility to work full-time under a local employment contract in Reno, Nevada, US.
