Sr Graphic Designer (Hybrid - Acton, MA or San Diego, CA)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work required at an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts or San Diego, California. Early morning meetings may be required to align with global teams.

Salary: $84,400–$126,550 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, with potential incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other wearable drug-delivery technologies for people with diabetes.

What you will do

• Create on-brand marketing assets for consumers, healthcare professionals, and payers across print, digital, social, web, email, packaging, events, presentations, and internal communications.
• Help evolve and maintain the Omnipod and hirify.global brand design systems across global and regional marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, strategy, digital, corporate communications, content, production, and external creative partners.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through execution, delivering work on time and on brief.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and freelancers.
• Apply fresh, mobile-first design thinking and explore AI tools and technologies to improve creative output.

Requirements

• 7+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with PowerPoint, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong graphic design thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Experience designing for digital and print channels, including website layouts and social media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on-site from an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts or San Diego, California under a hybrid arrangement.

• Experience working within a global brand framework.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital design systems.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
• Experience in both in-house and agency environments.
