What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end design for the direct mail program, including mailers, catalogs, and inserts.
  • Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into compelling visual layouts and high-volume creative.
  • Manage the full production process, from initial layout to delivering precise, print-ready files.
  • Execute rapid A/B testing cycles and iterate on designs based on performance data and KPIs.
  • Partner with external print vendors to ensure technical accuracy and production quality.
  • Develop scalable templates and standardize workflows to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in print design, specifically with direct mail or high-volume production.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Deep knowledge of print production processes (bleeds, color management, paper stocks, and prepress).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Submission of a portfolio/work samples is mandatory.
