Sr. Construction/Installation Engineer - (Structure - Jackets/WHT's) (Offshore)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; initially based in the contractor's office or fabrication yard office, then moving to the offshore site on a 6 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation.

What you will do

• Lead construction and offshore installation engineering for jackets, Wellhead Towers, and associated structural components.
• Review installation methodologies, procedures, execution strategies, lift studies, rigging plans, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate load-out, sea-fastening, transportation, marine spread, vessel mobilization, lifting, upending, positioning, piling, and offshore installation activities.
• Provide technical support during offshore campaigns, resolve field engineering issues, and monitor progress against schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate interfaces among engineering, fabrication, marine operations, construction, hook-up, commissioning, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Support HSE, quality assurance, inspections, as-built documentation, punch-list closure, and project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15–18 years of offshore construction and installation experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior construction, installation engineering, or offshore execution role.
• Proven experience with offshore jackets, Wellhead Towers, pile structures, boat landings, structural modules, offshore platforms, and brownfield modifications.
• Experience managing offshore construction campaigns and marine spread operations.
• Previous Middle East and offshore GCC project experience is highly preferred.
