Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid work with in-office attendance at least 1 day per week between Monday and Thursday

What you will do

• Own intake, planning, and execution for new fulfillment features, enhancements, and defect resolution.
• Shape Shopper app fulfillment solutions for drivers and shoppers.
• Improve fulfillment quality and strengthen connections between shoppers and hirify.global customers.
• Make strategic product decisions using data across technology, data science, economics, and operations.
• Work on onboarding, order fulfillment and delivery tooling, earnings and goal tracking, and engagement and retention programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig work, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI for prototyping, workflow automation, insight synthesis, and decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices, including spec-driven development, coding assistants, and agentic workflows.
• Strong collaboration with design and engineering, plus an understanding of design and development processes.
• Technical expertise sufficient to evaluate trade-offs between system architectures.
• Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or equivalent tools; strong empathy and storytelling skills.
