Senior Principal Process Engineer (LNG)

Location: Singapore, Singapore

What you will do

• Lead process engineering and design, including process configuration and optimization studies.
• Act as Lead Engineer on LNG regasification terminal projects during FEED or detailed engineering.
• Perform process simulations and prepare Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, heat and material balances, and utility balances.
• Create Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, equipment and instrument datasheets, process design philosophies, and operating guides.
• Conduct relief and blowdown studies, analyze relief load scenarios, and calculate flare network requirements.
• Perform equipment sizing and line hydraulics calculations while collaborating on concept, feasibility, FEED, and detailed design projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 15 years of relevant engineering design experience.
• Strong experience with LNG or LNG terminal projects involving regasification and boil-off gas.
• Leadership experience managing process teams for hydrocarbon concept, FEED, and detailed design projects.
• In-depth understanding of process design, heat and material balances, and P&IDs.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards, software, and engineering tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with energy transition projects.
• Lead Engineer or Area Lead Engineer experience on LNG-related projects.
