Principal Engineer, Process Engineering (Litho)

What you will do

• Develop and modify photolithography process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process performance data.
• Establish standard operating procedures and FMEAs for the related process.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities with process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve process performance indices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a semiconductor company.
• Specialized knowledge, imaginative thinking, and sophisticated analytical techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and support safety and security programs.

Nice to have

• Process engineering experience in photolithography.
