Product Manager (OTT/Media Apps)

Location: Hybrid work in Évora, Fundão, Lisboa - Expo, VNG - Cais Gaia or VNG - Lake Towers, Portugal

What you will do

• Own and continuously manage product backlogs for mobile, Smart TV and Android TV platforms.
• Define and prioritise epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Create product roadmaps, release plans, user journeys and platform-specific workflows.
• Collaborate with UX, analytics, development, QA and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate UAT, prioritise defects, manage risks and dependencies, and prepare releases and operational handovers.
• Monitor adoption, feature performance and customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in digital products.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong skills in backlog management, prioritisation, roadmap and release planning, and requirements engineering.
• Experience defining workflows, customer journeys, implementation-ready specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Video, OTT, streaming, Pay TV or digital entertainment products, including Smart TV ecosystems such as Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV, Fire TV or Apple TV.
• Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems, app store releases, product analytics, Jira and Confluence.
