What you will do

• Take architectural responsibility for the Order Management domain using a divide-and-conquer approach.
• Manage the Order Management architecture board and architectural runway.
• Own architecture decisions and escalate cross-domain decisions to higher architecture boards.
• Define and harmonise target architectures across business, application, data, and technology layers.
• Orchestrate system architects implementing target architectures and review artefacts such as Solution Blueprints.
• Ensure architecture standards, technical feasibility, and economic viability across the domain.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect with architecture responsibilities in a larger organisation.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking trading or order management.
• Experience designing and evaluating architectural decisions, software architectures, and complex order lifecycle integrations.
• Strategic, analytical, solution-oriented, customer-focused, and diplomatic approach with strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Master’s degree in engineering, for example from ETH or a technical university.
• Business-fluent English and basic German required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with IBM OTMS.
• TOGAF or SAFe certification.
